Exchange Rejected

I pre-ordered my S23 Ultra with VIP Pass and been waiting for almost 20 days, then BOOM. My S21 Ultra exchange for S23 Ultra got rejected just because I have two small dents of the size of needle on my S21 Ultra aluminum frame, are you

 guys kidding me? I am getting a exchange value of 39k and its almost 1.6 years old phone and you want an exchange with the condition of a new phone? The delivery guy said that phone should be in new condition without any single dents, I am getting a value of 39k of 1.6 years old phone and the new one being sold at 99k. Yes, there can be dents because the person is using it and samsung colors also starts to wears off in a year??

I understand even mine same price what do man exchange value in India isn't that good when compared to US here people want everything at cheap price. I planned to upgrade to s23 ultra by exchanging my s21 ultra but as the price was same I will retain my s21 ultra as it is running smooth even now and I will give this phone to my parents rather than exchanging and will upgrade to s23u if I get opportunity. As of now I am happy with my s21 ultra because it also gets still 2 more android updates.

Buddy go to pvt shops show them your phone and prebook with them not by yourself.they can sell thier device better.still time.prebook 5000rs.they can minus the price for watch and buds 2 price if you dont want them.i got my s23 ultra for just 42 thousands.

Same happened with me, they took away phone from my doorstep
So I decided to go for apple
They are giving me much higher value for my phone and accepting those minor wear and tear
