Hello brother, I am literally facing the same issue while exchanging iPhone 13. Yesterday we tried more than 7 times but everytime it was the same and Pending IMEI VALIDATION and showed rejected at delivery partner phone.

I yesterday reseted my phone as well but it didn't work. What shall I do? Samsung team said to contact Cashify Support as this is a third party. I am really stressed and want u order. Can somone please suggest?

Can you please say from which platform ( eg Flipkart, amazon , samsung shop etc ) you are exchanging your device

Samsung shop brother. They use third party Cashify in order to process exchange.
