Esim not getting removed or added

Suddenly esim in my Samsung Galaxy S24 stopped working and turned into emergency calls only mode. I tried to remove the esim, it is not getting removed, even after factory data reset. Neither I couldn't add new esim. It is my primary contact and my entire work is screwed. Network Operator says its a software bug by Samsung. Samsung authorized service center also don't know how to troubleshoot.

Go to settings, press Connection and SIM Manager press ESIM menu you get edit and remove options

Its definitely a bug.
File a log report through members app.
Support >send feedback
Compose your error report with the network option, log file will be generated automatically.

Side note: if you have tried the remove option from esim already try again from
More sim setting > remove all esim

Make sure youre software is up to date

Try network reset
