This is Karthik one of Samsung's users since 2011 back in S2 to till this date. Having said this is high time as the Company is doing so much worst in recent time.
Starting with my Galaxy S20+ Green Line issue to M series **bleep** Exynos 9611 Mobo issues. Also, currently many are scared to even to update. Coming back to main thing updates., Bad service support response and many more.
NOTE -> The service support agent itslef stated SAMSUNG MEMEBER APP is **bleep** and people reporting in it are faking abt the issue. Here I am.
Believed that it’s been 5 years and One UI 5.0 will be good if not at least the most optimized from UI 4.1 turns out its nothing.
Things that One UI 5.0 still lacks and Samsung still needs to Million Galaxy times work on it and improve.
Animations and UI/UX issues. Yes, many are saying and some are defending.
- Just to give an Eg: - Went to store recently tested iPhone 14 Pro and Vivo X80 the 1st thing i noticed is the interaction to icon and touch. The same when I do it in my S20+ it’s that worse thats how you have made the UI. So went and even check S22U its mostly the same issue in that as well.
- Please if you can’t fix the animations why not just copy the Google’s A13 stock code set that’s basically more better than how One UI is now and you can improve from that. Why to drag it like Exynos issue till this year.
- If other Android brands are able to do why won’t SAMSUNG.
Camera App. I guess this the heavily loaded app in the whole GALAXY. Along with this the standard of Samsung “ SHUTTER LAG “ if 108MP or 12MP is having this how come next year you are handling 200MP. I agree its getting improved but it seems the issue will get contined as 200MP will 100% have same issue and keeps on going
Next the ads, you said Ads are removed. Nope the Game launcher still has the ads and now you have moved most important " GOS diablo feature " in it and hiding all game apps in one place. This app has ads. Don’t know still how many more are having ads still and is it based on region who know wht you people are planning.
Google stock panel swipe from left is not there in device before S21 series. There is something **bleep** called as Samsung Free. Why to do that can’t we have Google panel and both like its there in S21 and s22 series.
Unwamted Apps and its modules. Most important why can’t you combine many Samsung stock apps and reduce the load. There are many repeated apps.
- For Eg- Game launcher and Game plugins, Game booster. Goodlock needs its separate modules.
- There also many services God only knows that are getting installed even if the user is not using or not aware
- Samsung visit in
- Samsung Game Driver which came for S20. It came and that it no update forgot by Samsung itself
- Samsung Free
- Samsung shop can be added to Galaxy store as a section
- Samsung Friends
- Many more are there.
- Yes I agree being separate its eaier to manage but we can include them in one app and make them as module and run them with toggle ON/OFF. In my work we are making apps like those.
Next related to Goodlock. The one good app now that is also becoming bad. While using background apps and scrolling through it lag as hell.
- Also, this feature can be given. Access to whole Home screen even the bottom favorite app section so we can place and customize the whole canvas instead of using other 3rd party launchers.
- Customization to fingerprint animations can be done.
- Notification customization can be done more by changing the sizes etc.
- Toggles of quick panel customization can be done in different way. It’s the same round icons for 5 years.
- 90 HZ mode can be provided for people who are scamed using EXYNOS series. Like me 990 where its so hard t use it 120hz as drain of battery is like river flow.
- Network speed indicator can be added. Shake to turn ON a feature can be done.
- Customization of widgets can be provided
Theme Engine of GOOGLE MONET as it came in A12 stil in A13 Beta 3 many are not getting sync . Partially this is Google issue but Samsung can do to sync it all apps. You are 1st to provide it last time.
Galaxy Store Apps apart from Samsung stock apps rest most of the apps are **bleep**. Most things are of apps are the once that are to installed as apk are shown.Those that are not even present in Play store that are also there.
Don’t take it wrong and these are some issues that I have noted and remember them now there are many that I may have missed.
A Feedback from long Samsung user. And people seeing this if you need any feature to be added or improve state them. As how Samsung is going I guess they are dragging it just like Exynos.
Just imporve we need a good One UI 5.0 and good device. One Ui 2.0 was so good those days now you are dragging and lagging.
