Error on Samsung S24 ultra

I facing a issue regarding Google play system update, I have many times installed may Google play system update on my s24 ultra but to my utter surprise after couple of days it shows me Google play system update is on July 2023 version, this is third time I am facing this issue is anyone facing this issue or it is with my device

It is compulsory to Restart the phone after updating google play system
