Edge notifications s23 ultra is not working even good lock is reinstalled 

Am I missing anything

The notifications is set to brief but it is not working

Uninstall edge lighting plus.

Did but for whatsapp it is not working

That I don't know as for me edge lighting is working for WhatsApp. You may reset app preferences and apps notification settings with the application as well as system settings
