Galaxy SSamsung in India looks like a diminishing company over these years after a very promising beginning. Probably more than a decade back when I got my Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note the company used to celebrate customers, I remember receiving headphones and few other gifts from samsung even after months of the purchase. The moment you step into Service centres with Premium/flagship devices, you can be proud of owning these devices from the way service centre executives treat you. For any support or service even basic issue like SIM tray getting stuck, they will take utmost care in achieving the customer satisfaction. I think even until Samsung Galaxy S8 premium device owners used to get warm welcome even inside samsung stores.
Fast forward to 2023 Samsung doesn't bother anymore about its customers in India, you are no more seen as a part of the samsung family. Samsung has started to treat its customers as a liability and money generating option alone. Samsung doesnt even care to check on customer satisfaction anymore. Samsung as part of cost reduction has outsourced most things. There's no more a good feeling of owning samsung devices.
Is it the right time to switch to Appl?
Its really bad to see the downfall of a company I once felt really proud of being associated with.
