Dear Samsung,

I have been a loyal flagship customer and currently own a Galaxy S22 Plus. A few days ago, I was disheartened to find a sudden green line running across its display. I had paid over ₹80,000 (around $1000) for the device, and it developed this issue without any drops or physical damage.

Feeling disappointed, I decided to purchase a Galaxy S25 Ultra from the store. However, when I reached home, I discovered the speakers were defective. Thankfully, the Samsung service center promptly replaced the device — and I truly appreciate that.

However, my S22 Plus remains an issue. The green line has not gone away, and it’s painful to see such an expensive device suffer from a known manufacturing defect. And I really need that device to work .. otherwise it is affecting my work ....

I sincerely request Samsung to launch a display replacement program for affected devices, just as brands like OnePlus and Oppo have done when similar issues surfaced.
We, your loyal customers, believe in the quality and trustworthiness of Samsung’s flagship lineup — please don't disappoint us.

They are providing free replacement for s22 and s22 ultra but not for the plus model

They won't offer replacement for vertical lines but horizontal lines. That's what they told me at the service center and on call.
