Whereas everyone seems so interested in one ui7 updates, are we not looking away from the interior quality and worst in class after sales of the so called ( overpriced) flagship phones from Samsung?

Had been using samsung phones right from the day samsung first launched android phones. S4 to s24 ultra and note 2 to note 20 ultra and now feel I need to switch to other brands like one plus and vivo which definitely are value for money with better specs, timely updates and yes a world class after sales service.

My note 20 ultra bought for 1.04 lakh rupees developed green lines within 2 and a half years of usage and a mail to samsung directed me to the service centre which asked for 20k for resolving the issue. Why and how does oneplus give lifetime warranty for the green lines? On the screen with free repairs?

S24 ultra for 1.2 lakhs just 8 months old and patches on the screen and smudges even if touched with the cleanest of hands which was never an issue with phones even like micromax and others which cost well beyond Rs. 5K. A mail to samsung wants me to take it to the service centre which I am sure will ask for thousands of Rupees to get it resolved. Y should not samsung immediately replace a faulty product with manufacturing defects?

It's time the customers buying samsung products wake up and stop buying samsung products unless they seriously improve their product quality and the after sales service. It's time samsung is made to understand that it should not take the customers for granted when there are good competitors in the market.

While some companies have already started testing android 16 on their phones, samsung seems incapable of giving their customers a stable android 15 firmware and it's anyone's guess how it will fulfill it's commitment of 7 years of firmware uodates.
One ui7 and all the **bleep** about bugs and delays in my opinion is only a strategy to divert the attention of the hapless customer from the rapid decline in the quality of products by Samsung.

Regards.

😮 someone truly understands what Samsung is really doing. When they cancelled the one UI7 upgrade over bugs. I wrote 4 articles to start a campaign to encourage people to file complaints to Consumer Helpline but they removed it asap. Now, they even hide their mistakes and do not even tell anyone about them.

Completely agree..same situation here..been using Samsung ever since the launch of OG Galaxy S. Bought the flagship S24 Ultra on the very first day of launch. It seems the quality of Samsung mobiles have taken a nose dive over the years.
