This is a matter of concern. At least we don't expect this from a multi billion company like Samsung. The most worrying thing is that Samsung is not giving any public statement about it. It has kept the customers in the dark. We are getting poor quality service at flagship prices. At least I have decided that I will not buy Samsung again in the future.
