Couple of months back after updating the software i got an vertical lines on my S20+, i visited service centre where they agreed no physical damage were present and yet they charged me for display replacement which cause by software update by Samsung. Even made contact with Customer service they informed me to create job sheet kinda thing, which the Samsung service centre didn't do. 
I spent around 15k for display replacement

It is actually free of cost. Samsung shouldn't charge any amount for this. Samsung has issued this.

Same issue I am facing I am going service centre I am explain display issue my display and battery change free of cost

File a complaint against service center.
If Samsung told you to get the Jobsheet, it means Samsung is willing to help you. But these service center people are notorious.
They have no right to not make a jobsheet.
