Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am a long-time Samsung fan and a loyal customer. My family and I have been consistently choosing Samsung for our devices. I personally use a wide range of Samsung products including a Galaxy Watch, Samsung Tablet, Soundbar, Wireless Charger, Samsung Buds, and a Samsung TV. Even my son is using a Samsung mobile, and we’ve always trusted the brand for its quality and innovation.

However, I’m extremely disappointed with a display issue that started after updating my Galaxy S23 to One UI 7. A visible and distracting line has appeared on the screen, which is affecting my day-to-day experience.

I contacted your customer support, and they advised me to perform a factory reset. I followed the instructions, but unfortunately, the issue still persists. To make matters worse, I lost all my personal data during the process, which was very frustrating.

I would also like to highlight that I do not have an alternate mobile device. This makes the situation even more difficult and inconvenient, especially as I rely on my Galaxy S23 for all my daily communications and tasks.

Given my long-standing loyalty to Samsung, I request your urgent attention to this issue. Please let me know if this is a known problem and suggest a proper solution or recommend a service center if required.

I sincerely hope Samsung values its loyal customers and provides a quick and satisfactory resolution.

They will never give you anything irrespective of whether you are loyal or not.
And also promise to urself never buy Samsung phone again till now I'm not facing this issue but surely i will now exchange my phone with other phone

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
