S24 Ultra Camera & Display Issues – Requesting Official Fix

Hello Samsung Support Team,

I recently upgraded to the Galaxy S24 Ultra from my S22 (and I also own an S20 FE). Unfortunately, I have been facing two major issues with the S24 Ultra, even after following all troubleshooting steps shared by Samsung and the community.

1. Camera Issues:

Photos are less sharp and less vibrant compared to the S22.

In low-light, the S22 actually produces cleaner, more accurate shots with better colors.

Skin tones on the S24 Ultra often appear unnatural.

2. Display Issues:

The S24 Ultra’s display looks dull compared to the S22 and S20 FE.

Noticeable green/blue tint, especially at different viewing angles.

Vividness and color accuracy are lower than expected, even after adjusting all settings (vividness, intensity, color balance).

I have already tried everything:

Reset camera settings

Updated to the latest software version

Factory reset

Display and vividness adjustments

But the problems remain unresolved.

Since I purchased the S24 Ultra as a flagship upgrade, it is disappointing to see both the camera and display performance feel like a downgrade compared to the S22.

I request the Samsung team to escalate these issues to the technical team and release a software update to fix camera quality and display calibration. Please confirm if this is being addressed and share a timeline for resolution.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon. To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Yep i feel the same, recntly i jusf bought s24, erlier i had s22 and belive mei display looks so dull compre to s22 dont know what samsung is doing
