Disappointing Response to S22+ Display Issue No Free Replacement for GreenLine

Dear Samsung, 

I recently encountered a frustrating issue with my Samsung S22+. I've noticed a persistent vertical green line running down the screen of my Samsung S22+ after DECEMBER SECURITY UPDATE. This line is noticeable regardless of the app or screen content, and it doesn't seem to go away even after restarting the phone or performing basic troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache. 5 days back it looks like a thin vertical line now it got more brighter and wider. The other part is that it happening beyond once the warranty period is exhausted. It didn't happen on any falling or
accidental damage.

I connected with Customer service. They denied for free replacement and also denied for creating job sheet. They told like currently they only have option to change the display for S21 series and S22 ultra as a free service having beyond warranty which is quite disappointing given the significant investment made in purchasing this flagship model. Why not for S22+ which also a flagship having the same green line issue.

After doing some research online, I've come across several reports of similar issues with various Samsung models, including the S22+ on YouTube, Tweets in X, Samsung members community page.

I am a loyal customer of Samsung. I have purchased many Samsung appliances such as AC, refrigerator, smart TV. 

If there is such problem with a software update or anything else which company has addressed and acknowledged , if the problem comes after one week then is it my hands? Even Samsung offers free replacement for s21 series/s22 ultra then why are not for these flagships s22/s22+. It is totally unacceptable and unfair for these customers. 

Please look into the matter and resolve the issue nd prove that Samsung really cares of their customers!! I really want to stay in the Sarsung eco system.

The issue has occurred after the software updates and if there is no physical damage to that particular handset then the OEM suppose take responsibility right.
He want the green line has to go. The company should have multiple options to sort this out as you are expertise in this.

Nd most imp company offers free one time replacement to s21 series/ s22 ultra then why is not for s22/s22+ which are also flagships.

It is not all the handsets are getting this issue. But yes we don't know which one or when we face this issue.

The OEM has to bring a beneficial policy for such issue.

Get your phone physically inspected by service center and get a confirmation that no physical damage is present. If everything is good proceed for other help options like writing to CEO or National consumer helpline in India.
