I have reported a problem related to data switching during incoming calls. In my case, data is not switching to the other SIM during incoming calls on the other SIM. And Samsung company is not able to figure out the problem. I have advised them to check in their S23 Ultra whether data switching is working during incoming calls or not. They can also get it checked by their team, as this is a general problem, almost all Samsung phones are facing this problem, not a device specific problem.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
