Dear Samsung Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent changes in the browser selection feature within One UI. In earlier versions, users had the flexibility to choose their preferred browser app for specific links, which was a very convenient and appreciated functionality.

However, it appears that in the latest update, this option has been removed, and users are now forced to select only one default browser for all links. As an avid user of both Firefox and Samsung Internet, I find this change quite inconvenient and time-consuming.

Allow me to explain the issue I am facing. Certain types of links work better with Firefox, while others are more compatible with Samsung Internet. Previously, I could effortlessly open each link in its suitable browser without any hassle. Unfortunately, with the current setup, if I choose one browser as the default, I am compelled to open all links in that particular browser, and to access a link that works better in the other browser, I have to manually switch to it and open the link again. This not only disrupts my browsing experience but also wastes valuable time.

I am reaching out to seek your assistance in finding a solution to this problem. I believe that reinstating the previous browser selection option or implementing a more flexible approach would greatly enhance the user experience and maintain the convenience we enjoyed in earlier versions of One UI.

As a loyal Samsung user, I trust that your team values user feedback and takes such concerns into account. I kindly request that you escalate this matter to the relevant department and consider reinstating the previous functionality or implementing a suitable alternative to address this inconvenience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a positive resolution. Your prompt response and action on this matter would be highly appreciated.
