My Galaxy S22 US variant hasn't received a single update since it received One UI 6 in January. Is there any way to get the latest One UI update which is safe to use? Please help.

Unfortunately, you'll have to factory reset and flash the Indian carrier build.

You can download and flash it via Odin through Sammobile website.

I cannot enable bootloader in my phone. Then how can I change CSC? Any help?
