Complaint Regarding Back Panel Issue on Samsung Galaxy S20 FE

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I have encountered with my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, which I purchased approximately a year ago. Recently, I noticed that the back panel of my phone has come off. Upon conducting various researches, I have found that this problem might be due to poor glue application during manufacturing or excessive heating.

However, I would like to point out that I own the Snapdragon 865 version of the Galaxy S20 FE, and I have never experienced any significant overheating issues during my usage. Therefore, I am inclined to believe that the issue might be related to the adhesive used for the back panel.

Given that my phone is now out of the warranty period, I would like to inquire about the approximate cost of getting this issue fixed at a Samsung service center. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with information on whether this issue is commonly reported among other Samsung Galaxy S20 FE users.

I have always trusted Samsung for its quality and reliability, and I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and satisfactorily. I look forward to your response and guidance on how to proceed with the repair.

The Approximate Cost in Service Center Is About 1K And Above.
You Can Also Go To Local Mobile Store Nearby You And There You Can Paste It With Gel Glue.It Will Cost About ₹100

no water resistance even when you apply glue by there service centre so its better to find a local place with better service to apply with low cost

I had the same issue and the svc charged me about 360 odd.. its been over 2 years since the repair, never had any issues since then.

Yeah I used to have a case from spigen and daily objects... no issues so far.. but if you're a heavy user unlike me the back panel might come off due to the excess heat and the fact that the back cover won't let the heat dissipate easily..

I started to like my phone without the case on, it's sleek and beautiful to look at. I've been drenched recently due to the bad weather conditions here at my place, apart from my phone throwing a notification saying that I have water in my port never had any issues.
