New Galaxy S24 charging issue

Hello it's been only 10days since I recently bought S24. I have been facing an issue with regards to device charging speed. When I plug in the charging cable it says 1hour 9mins untill full but it takes way over than 3hours to charge the device full. 

1.My fast charging mode is on.

2. I am using the cable that Igot in the box.

3. I bought 25W samsung charging brick too.

Please help I didn't buy it to have such experience.

Make sure your charger is the original one. If it is, try using a different charging cable!

I have the original charger and the cable that came in the box..... It's been only about 10days not expecting anything to breakdown so quick..... But I'll still try with other cable. Thanks....

Anyway ,also try with different samsung fast chargers.

If it still doesn't work, take a look inside the charging port. If there's something stuck in there, take it out. Make sure all the pins (conductors) look good and aren't damaged.🙌🏽❤️
