My Galaxy S23 recently received the latest One UI 7 update. Two days later, a pink line appeared on the screen, followed by a green line. This occurred while the phone was charging. I've seen reports on social media indicating that many other Samsung S23 users have experienced similar display issues while charging. This problem doesn't appear to be due to anything I did.

I would like to ask Samsung: If a display problem arose while charging with the original 25W charger, how can I be confident that a replacement display will not have the same issue?

If a software update causes display lines, how can we have confidence in future updates? We expect a certain level of quality when purchasing a flagship phone at this price point.

The Samsung S23 promises four years of major updates. If a display line appears after each major update, as this one seems to have, who would continue to use the phone after four years?

The recent One UI 7 update is supposedly the second major update. Given the appearance of these display lines, what assurance do we have about the quality of the remaining two or more major updates?

My suggestion would be after getting a free replacement please change the device if you can because you will get that line again in future for sure it's happening because of the hearting issues or if you're going to use the phone then don't update or don't do any heavy task on the phone 🙏
