Does any body knows how to fix this. I have already clean and dry the charging port. Still showing the same problm

Please use hair dryer to clean both device and charging cable ports

I have used the dryer and also cleaned at mobile shop still same issues facing. Last night it charged from vivos charger and i charged till 100%. Angain today morning same msg showing while charging. I dont know whether there is any software issues or something hardware problm.

Please use the origin charger for battery and motherboard short-circuit prevention
