I ordered S21 ultra on Amazon. Received product what seems to be factory sealed. But a black color mobile is packed in a box that has silver color label on box and IMEI number also mismatch to the one mentioned on box bar code sticker. Zoom into the box sticker to see color mentioned on box. Also protection films on front and back along with white paper IMEI sticker also missing. A seller in Amazon managed to reproduce samsung factory seal.

This is why I never buy from Amazon. Always buy Samsung products from Samsung online store. They come with a lot better delivery (3 layers) and of course genuine products.

Yeah this can happen. I'll suggest reaching out to Amazon customer care and returning the phone. Even if it is an original and new phone, the IMEI number should match with the box otherwise there is a chance it can be a stolen phone put in it by seller. Because of IMEI number mismatch, you cannot claim warranty as it will be different to the one mentioned in the bill.

Always buy expensive products offline as cannot trust online businesses. There are many stories of issues in news with expensive products only. You can return the product as per the policy and either get replacement or refund

And if you want that device than you can buy it from official website/renowned offline shop.

I did report this to Samsung India and Amazon currently they investigating the issue. Amazon said while the investigating under processing. Return option not available and asked me to wait until it finishes then it can be returned

Amazon and Flipkart are selling refurbished and open box products that's why they are selling for so low, i saw a Youtube video about this topic

Always check EMEI number of phone and box..

But this is not refurbished. And came in with just like factory seal . And i purchase new one not refurbished.

How can it be new one?? S21 ultra has stopped , I think it's refurbished.

Yes, I know samsung stopped it. But it's available in Amazon as new. Amazon customer care also confirmed its new then I proceeded. It received as sealed pack. Somehow seller managed to reproduce samsung seal sticker.
