Why doesn’t Samsung address the issue of the back panel glue coming off?
I purchased the S24 Ultra, and within just 8 months, the back panel has started to lift as the glue has come off at the top. How can this happen with a flagship phone that costs so much? Is this what you call premium build quality?

In contrast, I’ve been using an iPhone XR for 6 years. Despite heavy gaming and usage, the back panel is still perfectly intact and looks brand new.

Why, Samsung? Why haven’t you fixed this issue yet?
If this is the condition of a flagship device, I can only imagine how poor the quality must be in your mid-range phones.
Shame on you.

I bought a phone from Vietnam. Now I’m back at my home in Bangladesh. Unlike Apple, you don’t provide international warranty support that allows service from any country. I contacted the service center in Bangladesh, and they charged me 3000 BDT even though my phone is still under warranty.

I am requesting international warranty support.
