1. Check Samsung Multi Control and Link to Windows

Ensure both devices have the latest updates for "Link to Windows" and "Phone Link" apps.

On your phone:
Settings > Connected devices > Link to Windows – confirm the setup is correct.

On your laptop:
Update the "Phone Link" app from the Microsoft Store.

2. Verify App Permissions

On your phone:
Go to Settings > Apps > Google Meet/Teams > Permissions > Camera & Microphone and allow access.

On your laptop:
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and enable camera access for Google Meet/Teams.

3. Check Camera Selection in Google Meet/Teams

Open the app and manually select Samsung Continuity Camera under:
Settings > Video > Camera > Select "Samsung Continuity Camera".

4. Update Software and Drivers

Ensure both your phone and laptop are running the latest software:

On your phone: Settings > Software Update

On your laptop: Update camera drivers via the Samsung Update app.

5. Restart and Reconnect

Restart both devices and reset the connection:

On your phone: Settings > Connected devices > Remove Galaxy Book > Reconnect.

6. Try Web Version

Use the web version of Google Meet/Teams in Chrome to check if the issue is only with the app.

If the problem persists, consider reinstalling the Phone Link app on your laptop and resetting camera preferences.
