Galaxy SEnsure both devices have the latest updates for "Link to Windows" and "Phone Link" apps.
On your phone:
Settings > Connected devices > Link to Windows – confirm the setup is correct.
On your laptop:
Update the "Phone Link" app from the Microsoft Store.
2. Verify App Permissions
On your phone:
Go to Settings > Apps > Google Meet/Teams > Permissions > Camera & Microphone and allow access.
On your laptop:
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and enable camera access for Google Meet/Teams.
3. Check Camera Selection in Google Meet/Teams
Open the app and manually select Samsung Continuity Camera under:
Settings > Video > Camera > Select "Samsung Continuity Camera".
4. Update Software and Drivers
Ensure both your phone and laptop are running the latest software:
On your phone: Settings > Software Update
On your laptop: Update camera drivers via the Samsung Update app.
5. Restart and Reconnect
Restart both devices and reset the connection:
On your phone: Settings > Connected devices > Remove Galaxy Book > Reconnect.
6. Try Web Version
Use the web version of Google Meet/Teams in Chrome to check if the issue is only with the app.
If the problem persists, consider reinstalling the Phone Link app on your laptop and resetting camera preferences.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
