Friends! This post is going to be long for you. So please read it fully with patience. It's my experience with world's one of the best mobile companies. When Samsung launched the new Galaxy S24 series based on Galaxy AI, I gave my Galaxy S20 FE 5G phone which has been my best Samsung phone till date, in exchange and bought the new Galaxy S24 from Samsung Shop app in the pre-booking period itself. But I'm sure it was worse than my previous phone in many ways. The biggest drawback appeared in its camera performance. The camera of this phone was not focusing properly on objects. Things in the output image were blurred and less focused. I also have a second GalaxyS23 phone that I bought for my wife. When I checked the quality of the two, I was very shocked. Even after spending ₹80000, I couldn't get the satisfaction I got from my old GalaxyS20FE. I did all the works around but nothing worked. Then I went to Samsung's service center where after a preliminary check, they said there was no problem with the phone. This was the difference between Samsung's Exynos and Snapdragon processors. I was shocked by his response. How an employee of a company or a man working for it can call a company's product worse on its own. I spoke to Samsung Customer Care. I had to work hard to explain to them that there was a problem with the camera of the phone. Eventually they were ready to change the camera of the phone. And you don't believe that after changing the camera, the image focussing problem was solved. My purpose of sharing this experience here is only to say how can such a large technology company in the world market launch its premium product without proper examination and tests? They delivered me a premium product with a manufacturing defect. My phone was fine but I lost confidence in the company.

Yes. Good phone, good service, better price. More over 2years warranty... Will samsung provide 2 yrs warranty?
Will Samsung have faith over their own phones ?
No, they dont. But chainees brand will. Even oppo too gives 2yrs warranty.

No product is 100% perfect. Your phone in question somehow slipped Samsung's stringent quality checks and released for shipment. You should appreciate Samsung's gesture of accepting the issue and rectifying to your satisfaction.

They fixed it under warranty and I reported this issue to Samsung just after few days of delivery. They kept me waiting for bug fixing update that never came. So saying to appreciate Samsung isn't right.

They are morally obliged to replace as it was / is under warranty. This warranty statement you did not make in your 1st post which made readers believe that phone was out of warranty. Case rested.

The phone itself was launched in January and It has not come again yet. So it is obvious that the phone must be under warranty. Anyway leave this matter.

Same problem goes with my A34 mobile camera issue, service centre did factory reset first no use, then they change camera now video quality is very poor and display look like 10k mobile phone display. This samsung brand itself cheating customers in terms of sales and service by selling defective/refurbished phones as new phones in there authorized retail outlets. Don't ever trust this brand and retail outlets, they are just robbing public money in name of the worst brand samsung Sucker
