Call waiting feature not working properly

Hi,

I have a samsung S25+ device. I recently found that on this device "call waiting" feature doesn't work as expected.. even if it is turned ON from the settings.

The issue is when you have one call on hold and other in active state. 
If a third person tries to make a call to you it doesn't reflect on the UI, rather it is notified to the third person that you are unavailble to take a call at the moment.

As per my understanding it is a basic compliance of the SIP that a third call cannot be made from the device but a third call can come to the device. Though to pick that you need to disconnect one of the previous ongoing calls.

Initially I thought it could be network issue so tried same thing on a different network and the issue persists. 
I tried to check this on a different device (I phone and Google pixel) and this works seemless on those devices.

Can anyone help with this...
