Please follow these easy troublshooting steps which may help in resolving this issue. However, we are taking your feedback regarding this matter and will take it into consideration for future updates.
● Clear app cache through Device care: Tap on Settings>Device Care> Storage> Clean Now.
● The clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.
● Reset keyboard: Settings> General Management.>Language and Input> On-screen keyboard> Customize a keyboard> tap on the keyboard name. For this example, tap on Samsung Keyboard> reset to default settings.
We also request you kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send
