Brightness issue with HDR content in OTT apps

Hi .

I'm unable to take brightness to its maximum level while seeing HDR content in OTT Apps like Amazon prime Hotstar etc . 
I'm facing this issue from last 3-4 months earlier things were working fine. 

Any solution??

Same here , S23 Ultra is not giving brightness for HDR content, But if I download HDR content and play that video than its working fine. It's always with the OTT apps Netflix, Hotstar and all

I am seeing many other users had already reported this same issue last year also but Samsung has not resolved it yet..

I think .. we need to do something.. we all users are facing this problem. But Samsung is not addressing it. Let's team up everyone and show samsung the power of unity .

@kuldipindia ... How can you say that .? Amazon Prime , hotstar , Netflix .. every app has a same problem ???

Because no problem in Jio cinema, Jio tv and other apps

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

U guys do thing this same issue was there with S22 Ultra, S23 Ultra amd now with my S24 ultra i dont know what is stopping you guys to come with a solution instead of giving error report suggestion i had done that many times when i had S22 Ultra but will not do the same for S24 Ultra because you guys do nothing such a waste of time and money
