Subject: Report of Grainy Display Issue on S24 Ultra in Low Light Conditions

Dear Samsung Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with my recently purchased S24 Ultra smartphone.

I have noticed that when using the device in low light conditions, the screen appears to be grainy or pixelated. Despite adjusting the brightness and display settings, the clarity of the screen does not improve. This issue significantly impacts my user experience, particularly when viewing content or using applications in dimly lit environments. The issue can't be unseen and really disappointing and disgusting.

I have thoroughly researched potential solutions online and have not found any satisfactory fixes. Therefore, I am reaching out to your esteemed support team for assistance in resolving this matter.

Could you please provide guidance on how to address this issue? I am eager to continue enjoying the features and capabilities of my S24 Ultra without this hindrance.

Thank you.

Sadly, no one will respond to this. I doubt their customer care team will do anything about it as well. Try taking it to the service center and see if they help.

I have already visited the service center, and according to them, there isn't any issue; they didn't find anything wrong with the display.

But for us customers, the issue can't be ignored. It's really disappointing not to get any solutions from Samsung.

So apparently all the phones have this problems including the new upsd. It's a hardware problem. The iPad have it to as Samsung delivers displays to them as well.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we want to inform you that the Galaxy S24 series model has been adjusted for colors and brightness for more accurate and comfortable vision while using. It has made some changes to the display technology to offer a more natural viewing experience, so you may notice differences in color depth when compared to older devices.

This concept of behavior on the display is an intended color adjustment and is not a defect of the product, so you can use it with confidence.

To provide our customers with the best possible experience, we value customer feedback and continuously work to make our products better and more efficient.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Please stop misleading the customer and acknowledge the issue. Provide a solution for the defect with the display. Samsung also lacks the confidence to accept and resolve the issue.

DUDE! Why does my display take good 5-10 secs to adjusts it's refresh rate and the grey areas of the UI shift color? NOW IS THIS A FEATURE TOO? Stop fooling people! It's so disappointing! I changed my device from the store I bought it from but it's the same problem. Even they were surprised to find it weird. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?
