Galaxy SIf you have ever used Any monitor with high resolution like 4k and set manually to 720p then you will feel such downgraded images or screen there too.. so it's not bugg. It's how the images or screen going to react.. I don't think this is a bug.. baaki or bhai logo ki jo understanding hai share karein.. 🙏
