The back panel of s21 Fe seems to be coming off after only a mere 13 days of usage. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

You can fix it for free under warranty.

Back panel issue is a common thing on Samsung phones these days, along with display issues.

I have left my invoice in my hostel. Is it possible that they can check it on Samsung website as the date of purchase is shown there?

Most service centers don't ask for invoice. I think they can check it online.

Go to service center as soon as possible if your phone is in warranty..

If the back panel of your Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is coming off after only 13 days of usage, it's recommended to contact Samsung customer support as soon as possible. They may be able to provide you with a solution or repair your device, depending on the extent of the damage.

Before contacting Samsung, ensure that your device is still under warranty and that the damage is not caused by misuse or physical damage. If it's under warranty, you may be able to get a replacement or repair for free, but if the damage is due to misuse or accidental damage, it may not be covered by the warranty, and you may have to pay for the repair or replacement.

To contact Samsung customer support, you can visit their website and look for the support section. Alternatively, you can call their customer support line or visit one of their authorized service centers near you. Be sure to have your device's serial number and warranty information on hand when you contact them.

I have purchased my phone on 6/04/2023 and the same date of purchase can be seen on Samsung's website. As the warranty is for a year, I think that I am eligible for the warranty coverage. I haven't yet used any case, so if there was an external impact it would have surely put some kind of scratch/dent on the plastic itself. In my case, it seems like my phone's rear panel adhesive seems to be coming off.

Regarding the issue with the rear panel adhesive, you could try contacting Samsung's customer support or taking your phone to an authorized service center. They should be able to evaluate the issue and provide you with a solution, which may include a repair or a replacement under warranty, depending on the nature of the issue and the terms of the warranty.
