Galaxy SClean your fingerprint sensor: Make sure that your fingerprint sensor is clean and free from any dirt or oil that could interfere with the verification process. You can use a soft, dry cloth to clean the sensor.
Try setting up your fingerprints again: Delete any existing fingerprints and try setting them up again. Make sure that you follow the on-screen instructions carefully and that your fingers are properly positioned on the sensor.
Check for software updates: Make sure that your device's software is up to date, as updates can include improvements to fingerprint scanning performance.
Restart your device: Try restarting your device and attempting to set up Samsung Pass again.
Reset Samsung Pass: Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Samsung Pass > Manage data > Reset Samsung Pass. Then, try setting up your fingerprints again.
If none of these solutions work, it's possible that there may be a hardware issue with your device's fingerprint sensor. You can contact Samsung support or take your device to a Samsung service center for further assistance.
