Dont update during charging. Update when phone cools down. For better result update in a freezer.. Green line issue is due to overheating of the display resistors. And can be esaly fixed by replacing the resistor.
During downloading and updgrading instentally the processor heats up. And produces excess heat. So for caution keep your device cool and it will be fine.
