I have been unable to forward my voice calls to another number since I first started using the service; this is a crucial feature for me. I have tried using both eSIM and a physical SIM card, but the result remains the same—call forwarding is not allowed.
I attempted to use different SIM cards and reset the device, but I was unsuccessful in forwarding calls.

I'm still getting an error; I dialed *401*my number#, just like that.

I am using dual sim always on between my Jio and Airtel numbers. Working fine.
