Call forwarding failed

I try to call forwarding from s24 ultra to another phone but phone didn't detect sim .It shows failed to detect . Sim was working in s24 ultra . This is flagship phone and after 1 year , this happens.

This is a bug as i tried in s25 ultra also. Both the phone show sim not detected .
