All calls forward not working in S24U

I have been unable to forward my voice calls to another number since I first started using the service; this is a crucial feature for me. I have tried using both eSIM and a physical SIM card, but the result remains the same—call forwarding is not allowed.
I attempted to use different SIM cards and reset the device, but I was unsuccessful in forwarding calls.

This is the problem with jio Sim. I am having same issue .

With vodafone and airtel works but with single airtel or vodafone Sim not with jio sim

Do you have any advice on how to resolve this issue? I spoke with Samsung customer care, and they suggested visiting a nearby service center. Did you manage to resolve your problem?

I've prepaid my Jio SIM for the next five years, so I'm unable to switch providers at this time. Otherwise, I would have changed to Vi or Airtel because I require a feature they offer that is impacting my business.

I took my SIM out of my S24 Ultra, put it in another phone to set up call forwarding, then put it back in my S24 Ultra. It's all working now, my calls are forwarding.
