3 Major Issues in my S24 Ultra 512GB

I have 3 major issues in my new S24 Ultra

1. Very Slow Internet and Data Speed: Internet speed is very slow and buffering all the time, even on 5G networks. I tested it, keeping my S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra side by S24 Ultra's speed is horrible.

2. Bad Mobile Cellular Network / Reception: Mobile Cellular network is also very weak, similar to above-mentioned Internet speed. In the areas where S22 and S23 Ultras have 5G and full lines, S24 Ultra will have 4G and one or two lines less.

3. Constant Gallery Crashes: Several times, I took the videos, and when I opened it from the gallery, the gallery crashed and takes me to the home screen. Until now, I cannot open these videos from Gallery. Same thing happens with the photos too. When I edit any photo and try to open it, gallery crashes and takes me to the home screen. If I try to so to next photo, gallery crashes and takes me to the home screen.

These are very annoying issues and are not acceptable at all, considering you market it as a best phone in the world and we buy it spending our hard-earned money. Rs 140k or AED 5,100. Please rectify these issues or take these devices back and refund them. Thank you! Note: I have proof of videos for the above-mentioned issues.

Also did you know, that people are reporting seemingly unfixable green/white lines on the S24 ultra

I don't have that issue, i have the above-mentioned three issues, which i reported and is very annoying.

Hi please make sure your apps are updated, reset your networks, remove the sim & insert it back. If all done, please contact your sim operator or replace your sim

Bro, the problem is with my S24 Ultra Device, not network or sim. My 5 year old son knows the steps that Samsung recommended in their response. My S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra are not having any issues like this (even if side by side, Old Ultras have better network strength and fast internet). Why only on S24 Ultra?

Ok, I believe you have checked your sim & networks since you mentioned no problems with them, clear cache after you reset network or else try reset device as last resort
