I recently tried using the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had with smartphones. I'm typically a fan of the Galaxy S series, but this time, using the S21 Ultra was a nightmare due to extreme overheating issues, especially when using the camera. I can't make a video call on any social media platform for more than 10 minutes without the device heating up to over 40 degrees Celsius. Even when using the camera for more than 3 minutes, the device starts to slow down significantly. This is despite the device having 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The amount I paid for this device does not justify the user experience at all, mainly due to the poor performance of the processor.
