I recently bought s24 ultra,it's just been a week but I have a major issue while shooting a video my camera makes a rattling noise which I was not expecting it's really frustrating,kindly fix the issue may be it's a technical problem or I don't know...please thanks..
Return it/swap it with a new one or if your willing to pay, activate your free Samsung care+ (you can find it in the Samsung members app) and take it to a repair shop for repairs
Btw if you hear that noise when swapping between the normal lens and to the zoom lens that's normal (a small click sound) same thing with my s24U although very low sound
