In Samsung devices, you can delete the system cache by wiping the cache partition. But in order to do so, you have to boot your device into the recovery mode. You don’t need to worry about your files and data as none of them will be deleted. Now here’s how you wipe the cache partition of your Galaxy S21:

If your device is powered on, turn it off completely.

It should slightly vibrate for you to be sure it’s powered off.

Press and hold a couple of keys.

Most of the time, you will simply have to press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power key for 8 seconds.

Once the logo shows, release both keys and wait until the device enters the recovery mode.

However, it seems like there’s a little problem with Samsung’s One UI 3 because it won’t work on some devices.

Use the other method.

If your Galaxy S21 won’t run into the Recovery Mode by pressing and holding the Volume Up and Power keys, then here’s what you should do instead.

Turn off your device again.

Still wait for the phone to vibrate before you proceed.

Connect a headset to your device.

Any headset with USB-C interface will do the trick.

Now press and hold the Volume Up and Power keys for 8 seconds.

Most of the time, it will actually take just around 4 seconds before the device responds.

Once the logo appears, release both keys.

This time, your phone will enter the Recovery Mode.

Select Wipe Cache Partition.

Using the Volume Down rocker, highlight Wipe cache partition, and then press the Power key to select it.

Confirm you want to proceed.

Highlight Yes, and press the Power key again.

Reboot your phone.

The process will take just a couple of seconds. So once the cache partition is wiped off of its contents, press the Power key to reboot your device.

This time, the reboot will take a little longer than usual as the system rebuilds the cache. But once your Galaxy S21 reaches the lock screen, it’s good to go.

And that’s how to wipe cache partition on your Samsung Galaxy S21. We hope that this simple tutorial can help you.

May be clearing the cache partition resolves the wifi calling option problem, if not try calling your service provider for the same and if they say that wifi calling is working good in your area, get your sim replaced and/or backup your data and factory reset your handset.

It's a known bug and Samsung is aware of it. The next update will fix it
