Hi all, I just got confirmation that the program is live in the UAE, link below:

This program is available exclusively in the UAE for devices purchased only from samsung.com.

For the time being, you fill in your information, you submit, and wait for the payment link, which might take time as it's from the 3rd party company handling the Buy-Back/Trade-In Northladder, and not Samsung directly.

If there's anything else that needs to be done, i will edit this post and let you know.

Yeah, i just called support, the update they got today was 'within the next 2 weeks' 😮😮
Reason for that, It's managed by Northladder and not Samsung... Lack of transparency and communication is not cool.

Same with the older models that are waiting for the one ui 7 😂

Yeah, 2 different non related issues with 1 common factor, lack of communication. Even though it's Northladder's fault, the delay should be conveyed immediately to the 'Angry Mobs' 😂

Well, we have an official '2 weeks' date on the website when it comes to Samsung for life, but the OneUI 7 debacle, hilarious, based on speculations + lack of communication + rumors + masses behavior, snow ball effect, and when it's released, we will not hear the end of it and nobody will be satisfied, can't please them, no winners.

Hi Junaid, not yet and as far as I'm seeing nobody did. I called customer support yesterday and they mentioned this will come from Northladder the 3rd party company handling this, so unfortunately it might be the next 2 weeks as per what i was updated.

Yes, they updated me with the same information, but I think this should have come earlier. Okay, let's wait then.

To be fair, the loyalty points automatically came 14 days after purchase as promised, because it's within Samsung’s control, but when you have a 3rd party handling this for the first time, things tend to be more complicated. We're all in the same boat. Unfortunately nothing anyone can do for now.
