what about software update in India on Note9

We are getting news that almost a week back note 9 get Software upgraded with some camera & other improvements in Germany & Some other parts. What about India ??? we have not yet received anything nor any Security Patch for the month Sept. Samsung should look aggressive on Software front like other Players...
