Hello friends, I was using my phone Note 10 Plus and browsing and settled on Facebook watching a video and I stopped the video to do something and came back and saw the phone showing the Samsung logo stopped and not working and I tried to restart it and it did not work until I pressed the restart and volume down button.

I don't know what the reason is, and for your information, this is the first time this has happened to the phone??
