my note 8 mic suddenly stopped working ...callers are getting a wind noise ..tried voice recorder same result.
I can see many users are effected with issue some of them got issue fixed by blowing in to the bottom ports.
taken it to the Samsung official service center and they rejected warranty showing a very very minor crack in the screen which is very unnoticeable and happened months back. instead of listening to the customer issue they tried to wash their hands showing this very very minor damage which not at ll related to the issue.
I have escalated the issue to samsung and waiting for their call back to decide to throw all my samsung devices to garbage ..
