I have cleared the data of Samsung Notes app after backing up my data. It's working fine now.

Galaxy NoteThe same is happening on my Note20 Ultra. Cleared data of Samsung Notes, uninstalled reinstalled updates of Samsung Notes, safe mode, disabled double tap to turn screen off and on, disabled show fingerprint icon on AOD, AOD now set to show up only when tapped, disabled use S Pen button to write notes, disabled and re-enabled AOD and Screen Off Memo, uninstalled 3rd party launcher, uninstalled and reinstalled Good Lock and Nice Lock and other add-ons, factory reset device 3x already during 1st month of purchase, still the same. I got tired and just don't use the feature a lot. I just pin memos to mimic sticky notes without expecting it to be editable.
Samsung service center near us is closed. We only have 3rd party service centers that would require me to leave the phone for a week or so. Ugh I use it for work. Maybe if the next update doesn't resolve this and if I get so irritated by it, I may consider having it checked or don't use note series at all. I chose it over s21 ultra for in-built S Pen holster but this.

Galaxy NoteHmmmmm I don't know why I can't call them in my country. It keeps on getting disconnected, the call is ended, so I can't get the code necessary to start using the app.
I had a chat with customer service. They said somebody will call for smart tutor but no one did.
