Galaxy NoteThis happened to mine one time. Turning the Adaptive Brightness off and rebooting the phone fixed it. Then turned Adaptive Brightness back on, and the problem has never come back.

Galaxy Note1. Visit the service center & check for their views but do not go with their advice if they said display need to be changed.
2. Try hard reset for the device.
3. You can also downgrade the last update through Odin via any flash link available over the internet..
4. Wait for future updates
