Galaxy Note 10 Spen

Hi guys, why do I get a blinking icon of the spen randomly,  with the error messages Spen not connecting '.

Reset S pen, etc has been unable to solve the issue. WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE SOME serious advice

If after reset same issue persist then try to visit service centre and as of now contact through get help section take a call or chat
