I bought new Samsung galaxy note 20ultra 5g model and the 4k mode on the front camera is very bad lower than the full HD I reset the settings and adjusted the settings to 4k mode on front camera but still its blurry and not at all 4k looks like fake.

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out an dbetter resolve the issue.
