When I'm charging the phone, the phone behaves abnormally, I swipe and the phone taps, the phone also feels laggy in terms of frame rate. I feel an electric current on the metal frame of the phone & on the type c connector on the charging wire.
I'm not sure if this is because of the charger or the phone.
Otherwise, the phone is working fine i.e. when not charging and the battery backup and the charging time are also fine.
To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
>Check whether the charger is well fitted in the charging jack or not. Also check using a different Charger or check the charger is Samsung approved or not.
>Check the physical condition of the Charger – like wire damaged.
